Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel's rooms were very comfortable and modern with good water pressure in the bathrooms. However, more surface space for personal items like shelves and tables would be beneficial. The service was kind and accommodating, even offering an Irish Coffee for late-night check-ins. The location, ideal for shopping enthusiasts, provided various dining options nearby. The dining experience offered a good selection of breads, croissants, and hot and cold drinks, reminding guests of the authentic Parisian taste. The facilities were satisfactory overall.
I was pleasantly surprised by the room which, although small, was larger than expected and maintained a comfortable temperature between 18C to 24C. It was also delightfully peaceful, except for the thin doors that amplified corridor noise. The hotel staff were exceptional, especially for assisting me as a non-French speaker, and went out of their way to make our anniversary special with a lovely bottle of champagne. The location was superb, just minutes from La Fayette and surrounded by convenient public transportation, shops, restaurants, and cafes. The dining experience was top-notch with a variety of delicious options for a reasonable price. Overall, the hotel offers great value for the money.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is superb, just near the LaFayette & Printemps shopping malls, Opera, and metro station. The rooms were incredibly quiet and comfortable, providing a peaceful haven. The service was fantastic, with staff members like Maella going above and beyond to assist. The dining experience was a mixed bag with a lovely variety of breakfast items but a few shortcomings. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money and a delightful experience.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant. The rooms were clean and relatively spacious, although there was some noise from the heating and early morning showers in neighboring rooms. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, making my experience even better. The location was excellent, close to many attractions and within walking distance of shops and eateries. The dining options were more than adequate, and the overall value for money was great.
I just checked out from the Helious Opera hotel and found that the rooms at this hotel are bigger, which was a pleasant surprise. Although the showers are smaller and noisy, I appreciated being part of the lively Paris neighborhood vibe. The rooms were clean and well-kept, enhancing the overall stay experience.
